If you feel that you qualify and have a valid reason:-

- Select the order you are requesting a refund from your purchase history.
- Select the support link next to the mobget you are making a request.
- Ensure the subject of your message is "Refund" from the dropdown list.
- Please provide a valid reason for the refund.
Please note that if your refund request is accepted, for legal reasons, we must
receive a signed hard copy of the refund request details. We will ask you for this
if your refund request is accepted.
Where refund is due, and while we process the refund immediately,
please be aware that refunds depending on your credit card provider can take some
time before monies are refunded to your account and that we are not responsible
for those delays in payment to you.
